The film I have seen is "The Glenn Miller Story".The film is old fashioned and tomy mind is very boring for students.It is about love (as usual).But it has more "+" then "-" :
1. Easy to watch.The speach of the charactors can be easily understood.
2. Has very funny joacks (but only somtimes)
As a result - the mark of the film is 3- . as a studing material 5

I watched the Glen Miller Story & I really enjoyed it. It shows mostly the positive features of the characters and we can't see in this movie typical anta-& protagonists. This film shows how difficult it is to become a true musician, to do what you really want and to make your dreams come true.  The main hero of the movie did succeed in reaching his goal, and his wife, who truly loved him, helped him and supported him in everything.
I think, it is a true-to-life movie, which recreates the events and some moments of Miller’s biography.

I have already seen an interesting film about love and wishes of rich people. This film shows that every person can feel love but because of the cosiety the person can't relax and be satisfied by love. I suppose everyone should watch this film because of interesting characters, plot and costumes.

I've wathed the film the Glenn Miller's story and to tell you the truth a don't like it. It is too romantic and too old, there are a lot of untruthful moments. At the same time, this is the story about great love, great devotion and great sacrifising to other people. the film is also about tragedy, when loving people lose each other!

I’ve watched the film Raise your voice. It is a very teaching film, because it tries to show, that one should live his own life, and to teach on his own mistakes. Theresa, the main heroine, had a goal – to enter a musical Academy, but her father was against it, as he was afraid, that Theresa wouldn’t succeed in this profession. But the girl deceived the parent and ran away to this Academy, where she faced a lot of difficulties, but she didn’t lose her hope and continued to fight for her desired wish – to go out on the stage, to win the prize. And she succeeded, because she worked hard, and there were still people, who believed in her and supported Theresa. I think, the message of the film is not to lose your hope, and to be determined to achieve your goal.

“The Phantom of the Opera”.
My impression:
The Phantom of the Opera is an undeniably ageless, engrossing screen story. The film is full of drama, suspense, romance. May be lots of people expected it to be a horror film, but it's not. I think that this version is for romantic people. This film is beautiful, in the visual sense. The sets are sumptuous, the costumes are lavish, and the cinematography is glorious. But when you are watching this film, you not only enjoy the decorations but also beautiful strong voices and wonderful songs. It’s a very expressive and emotional film. Two hours and a half fly by practically imperceptibly. I watched this film on one breath. So I recommend everybody to watch this film, believe me it isn’t a waste of time.

Another film I've seen is "Glitter" with Mariah Carey. It is a story about a young girl who wants to become sucessful and famous. The story is based on Mariah's life and her way to  fame. To tell the truth I didn't like the story very much as I found it quite unreal and boring. Besides the actor's perfomance is not very impressive. So as Iwasn't much impressed I don't think I'll have the desire to watch this film again.
